About GoldCrest Pump

We Build Pumps That Keep Working

A manufacturer and exporter of oil well pumps, submersible pumps and agricultural machinery parts, serving distributors and project buyers across oilfield, agriculture and municipal water markets.

Who We Are

A production line first, a sales office second

GoldCrest Pump started as a machining workshop supplying pump components to domestic OEMs. That background still shapes how we work today: we know what happens to a casting after it leaves the foundry, and we know which tolerances actually matter downhole.

Today we run three product lines — oil well pumps, submersible pumps and agricultural spare parts — from a single facility with in-house casting, CNC machining, assembly and test benches. Orders ship to more than forty countries, with the largest volumes going to the Middle East, South Asia, Latin America and the CIS region.

We are not the cheapest supplier on Alibaba, and we do not try to be. Our customers stay because the second container matches the first one.

Capabilities

What Happens Inside the Factory

Four stages, all under one roof. That is why we can hold a tolerance and a delivery date at the same time.

Casting

Sand casting and investment casting for pump bodies, impellers and bowls, with material verification on every incoming heat.

Machining

CNC turning and milling for shafts, sleeves and mating surfaces. Critical dimensions checked with micrometers and bore gauges.

Assembly

Clean-room assembly for submersible motors, torque-controlled bolting, and seal integrity checks before the unit leaves the line.

Testing

Performance curve testing, pressure hold, insulation resistance and no-load run-in. Report issued per batch, not per year.

How We Handle Quality Claims

Every supplier promises quality. What matters is what happens when something goes wrong.

  • Photograph and describe the issue — send the nameplate photo, batch number and a short video if possible.
  • Root cause within 48 hours — our engineering team reviews the production record for that batch.
  • Replacement or credit — confirmed defects are replaced in the next shipment at our cost, or credited against your balance.
  • Process correction — if the cause is a process gap, we change the process and tell you what changed.

We would rather lose a margin on one order than lose a distributor for good.
